  4. Personal Data Security Officer — a person appointed by the Data Administrator, coordinating processes related to compliance with the rules of personal data protection within the processes of processing personal data taking place in the structure of the Data Controller.
  5. Supervisory Authority — an independent public authority to protect the fundamental rights and freedoms of natural persons with regard to the processing and to facilitate the free movement of personal data within the Union, established in each Member State of the Union, whose primary task is to monitor the application of the GDPR.
  6. Third country means a country that is not part of the European Economic Area.
  7. Processor — a natural or legal person, public authority, entity or other entity that processes personal data on behalf of the Data Controller.
  8. Processing — an operation or set of operations performed on personal data or sets of personal data in an automated or non-automated manner, such as collecting, recording, organizing, organizing, storing, adapting or modifying, downloading, viewing, using, disclosing, transmitting, distributing or otherwise sharing, matching or combining, restricting, deleting or destroying.
  9. GDPR — Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
  10. Act — the applicable Personal Data Protection Act.
